The Friends of Broward Homeless

The founding members of The Friends of Broward Homeless Board of Directors had been involved for decades in helping fund and develop Broward Outreach Center in Hollywood, FL. Their experience gives an in-depth understanding of homelessness as a multi-faceted but solvable problem. When forming the non-profit, the Friends of Broward Homeless purpose has been to engage in fundraising and volunteer coordination for the benefit of a wide range of homeless initiatives that together can transform the lives of Broward’s homeless victims. The activities of The Friends of Broward Homeless partners include outreach, emergency services (e.g., food, shelter, medicine), education and workplace training, and other necessary activities that together can change lives.
